      目的：观察穴位敷贴结合药艾灸治疗失禁性皮炎（IAD）的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的120名IAD患者随机分为实验组、穴位敷贴组、药艾灸组及对照组。对照组给予IAD常规治疗及护理；穴位敷贴组在常规治疗及护理的基础上，配合穴位敷贴；药艾灸组在常规治疗及护理的基础上，配合药艾灸；实验组在常规治疗及护理的基础上，配合合穴位敷贴及药艾灸。7天为1个疗程，共观察2个疗程，观察指标为皮肤状况评分（SCAT评分）及大便情况评分。结果：经过2个疗程干预后，实验组的SCAT评分、大便情况评分均显著低于其余三组（P<0.05）。结论：在IAD常规治疗及护理的基础上，配合穴位敷贴及药艾灸治疗，可有效改善IAD患者皮损局部的状况，同时对患者大便失禁的症状也有显著改善，值得在临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with medicinal moxibustion in treating Incontinence-associated Dermatitis(IAD). Methods: 120 patients with IAD were randomly divided into four groups: experimental group, acupoint application group, medicinal moxibustion group and the control group. Patients in control group received conventional treatment and nursing. On the basis of routine treatment and nursing, acupoint application group should cooperate with Acupoint Application, medicinal moxibustion group should cooperate with medicinal moxibustion, experimental group should cooperate with acupoint application combined with medicinal moxibustion. Seven days constitute a course of treatment. The clinical efficiency was investigated after 2 courses of treatment. The skin condition score (SCAT score) and the bowel score were observed. Results: After 2 courses of treatment, The SCAT score and the bowel score of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than the other three groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The treatment of acupoint application combined with medicinal moxibustion is effective in improving the local skin condition and symptoms of fecal incontinence, which is worthy of promoting in the future clinical practice.
