      目的:探索研究双向沟通原理用于门诊护理管理中的作用和效果。方法:选取我院门诊室收治的患者360例作为研究对象,对照组180例均实施常规护理管理,研究组180例均实施双向沟通护理管理。将两组患者护理工作满意度情况进行对比。结果:两组护理后对门诊的工作态度、疑问解答、业务指导、沟通反馈以及纠纷调处等相关方面满意度均有所提升,同对照组相比,研究组各项目满意度显著更高(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊室应用双向沟通能方式,可以有效改善护理管理各项工作,对于提升护理质量及护理满意度具有积极意义,值得推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the effect and effect of the two way communication principle in outpatient nursing management. Methods: 360 cases of patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, the control group of 180 cases were the implementation of routine nursing management, the study group of 180 cases were the implementation of two-way communication and nursing management. The two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction were compared. Results: after two groups of nursing of outpatient work attitude, answer questions, operational guidance, communication feedback and dispute mediation and other relevant aspects of satisfaction had improved, compared with the control group, the groups of satisfaction was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the two-way communication can be used in the outpatient department, can effectively improve the work of nursing management, to enhance the quality of care and nursing satisfaction has a positive significance, it is worth promoting the application.
