      目的 了解中西医结合医院护士的离职原因和离职意愿,为护理管理者有针对性地采取措施提供依据,促进护理队伍建设与稳定发展。方法 对我院2011-2015年已离职的10名护士离职原因进行深度访谈,结合对本院在职护士离职意愿的量表调查,采用统计描述和现象学分析法分析资料。结果 中西医结合医院护士的离职原因和离职意愿主要有：1.工作压力难以缓解(环境、管理、专业等)；2.工作家庭角色冲突；3.更理想的就业机会。结论 中西医结合医院护士离职原因和离职意愿是多元化的,管理者应有针对性的采取措施,吸纳离职护士回归,激发在职护士潜能,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。

      【】ObjectiveTo investigate reasons and intention of dimmision of nurses working in traditional Chinese medicine integrated hospital and to provide the basis for nursing managers to take measures to promote and stabilize the construction of nursing team. MethodsUsing statistical description and qualitative research method, a total of 10turnover nurses were interviewed, based on the investigation of the turnover intention of nurses working in our hospital. ResultsReasons and intention of dimmision of nurses working in traditional Chinese medicine integrated hospital mainly include: 1. Work pressure is difficult to alleviate (environment, management, profession, etc); 2. Role conflict of word and family; 3. Better job opportunities.ConclusionReasons and intention of dimmision of nurses working in traditional Chinese medicine integrated hospital are diversification. Managers should take measures to absorb the return of turnover nurses, stimulate the potential of in-service nurses, in order to stabilize the nursing team and improve the quality of nursing.
