| 【】 目的 探究快速康复外科理念对达芬奇机器人辅助下膀胱癌根治术患者胃肠功能恢复、并发症和生活质量的影响。 方法 选取我院于2014年1月至2015年9月收治的行膀胱癌根治术并接受一般护理措施的患者52例作为常规组,再选取我院于2015年10月至2017年6月收治的行膀胱癌根治术并接受快速康复外科理念护理措施的患者52例作为研究组。对比两组护理后胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症发生率以及生活质量。 结果 护理1个月后,研究组胃肠功能恢复情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组各项生活质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 对达芬奇机器人辅助下膀胱癌根治术患者应用快速康复外科理念护理有助于加快患者胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症发生,且可有效提升患者生活质量,值得推广。 |

| 【】 Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on gastrointestinal function recovery, complication and quality of life in patients undergoing radical resection of bladder cancer under the support of DaVinci robot. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were underwent radical cystectomy and received general nursing care of 52 patients as control group, and then selected in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2017 were underwent radical cystectomy and accept the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing measures of 52 patients as study group. Comparison of two groups of nursing after gastrointestinal function recovery, the incidence of complications and quality of life. Results After 1 month of treatment, the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the study group was better than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group (P <0.05 ). The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing of patients with radical resection of bladder cancer assisted by DaVinci robot is helpful to accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence of complications, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. |
