      目的：探讨眼球摘除术后患者面临的适应性挑战，为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，对2016年5月-2017年6月的20例眼球摘除术后的患者进行深度访谈，根据Colaizzi现象学分析7步法进行整理。结果：眼球摘除术后患者适应性挑战可归纳为间断性的疼痛症状、矛盾而复杂的情绪、自我效能低下、社会支持缺乏4个主题。结论：通过学习国外先进模式和干预措施的基础上，找到适合国情的护理干预措施，帮助患者和家属适应疾病并培养新的自我管理技能，从而提高眼球摘除术患者生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the adaptive challenge of patients after ophthalmectomy,and provide evidence for effective interventions. Method Based on the phenomenological research method in qualitative study, 20 patients with ophthalmectomy were conducted in-depth interview, according to Colaizzi phenomenological analysis of 7 steps. Result The adaptive challenge of patients after ophthalmectomy mainly include ：(1) the symptoms of intermittent pain, (2)contradictory and complex emotions, (3)low self-efficacy, (4)lack of social support. Conclusion Clear after ophthalmectomy patients facing the challenges and to distinguish between the kinds of challenges is the first step of adaptive leadership intervention, in draw lessons from foreign advanced mode and intervention measures on the basis of the development of the current state of the nursing intervention measures to help patients and family members to adapt and develop new skills, improve the quality of life of patients.
