      目的：调查肝移植受者的服药依从性，并对影响依从性的因素进行分析。方法：选取2013年5月-2016年9月出院的肝移植受者184例，使用自行设计的问卷对其一般情况、服药依从性进行调查，并通过焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对受者的心理情况进行调查，评估其依从性并分析影响依从性的因素。结果：服药依从性的单因素分析中，不同文化程度、家庭平均月收入、医保情况、术后时间以及抑郁情况存在差异（P<0.05）。肝移植受者的SAS、SDS评分均显著高于国内常模,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。经多元回归分析，影响受者服药依从性的主要因素为移植术后时间、文化程度、医保情况及抑郁情况。结论：肝移植受者的服药依从性主要受术后文化程度、抑郁情况、移植时间、医保情况的影响，临床上需要采取针对性护理措施，提高服药依从性。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the compliance of the liver transplant recipients, and to analyze the factors that affect compliance. Methods: Selected 184 recipients of liver transplantation discharged from March 2013 to September 2016 ，and the self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate their general condition and medication compliance. Then through the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), depression Self-rating scale (SDS) to investigate the psychological status of the recipients, assess their compliance and analyze factors that affect compliance. Results: The differences in the average monthly income, health insurance, postoperative time and depression were different in the single factor analysis of medication compliance (P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in liver transplant recipients were significantly higher than those in norm, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main factors influencing the compliance of recipients were time, education, medical insurance and depression after multiple regression analysis. Conclusions: There is good medication compliance Liver in transplantation recipients after discharge, mainly affected by transplantation time, education, health insurance and the impact of depression.
