      目的  探讨“E糖书”电子书教育工具对初发2型糖尿病青年患者自我管理的应用效果及影响。 方法  纳入2017年1月-2017年11月收治于上海市第一人民医院内分泌科的并完成随访的初发2型糖尿病青中年患者101例。其中采用常规糖尿病教育(对照组)的患者50例,采用常规糖尿病教育联合“E糖书”电子书进行糖尿病教育(观察组)的患者51例。教育前、教育3个月后分别监测两组病人的血糖代谢指标,包括空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),并同步采用Deborah糖尿病自我管理量表评估病人的治疗依从性。 结果 糖尿病教育后3个月,两组病人的血糖代谢指标(FBG、2h PBG及HbA1c)、糖尿病治疗依从性均较教育前明显改善(P <0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P <0.05)。 结论 初发的2型糖尿病患者糖尿病相关知识度需要提高,“E糖书”电子书结合糖尿病教育有利于提高初发的糖尿病知识水平及治疗依从性,效果优于常规糖尿病教育,有助于更好控制血糖。

      Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of E-diabetes-books on self-management ability of newly diagnosed young type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The 101 cases of newly diagnosed young type 2 diabetic patients that hospitalized in Endocrinology Department of Shanghai First People’s Hospital during January to November 2017 were randomly assigned to the experimental group (n=51) and the control group (n=50). The control group used traditional teaching mode, while the experimental group adopted E-diabetes-books. The concentration of FBG, 2h PBG and HbA1c of two groups of patients were determined at the time points before and three months after enrollment. Deborah diabetes self-management behavior scale was used at the same time to evaluate the knowledge and self-management of young patients with incipient type 2 diabetes. Results After the intervention, the concentration of FBG, 2h PBG and HbA1c of two groups of patients both decreased significantly, lower than those before the intervention (P<0.05). At the same time, the self-management level raised,. Conclusions Knowledge level of newly diagnosed young type 2 diabetic patients should be improved. E-diabetes-books help to improve the diabetes knowledge level and individual health self-management. It has a more profound effect on patients compared with traditional methods so that patients can better control their blood glucose.
