| 目的:探讨在子午流注理论的影响下，运用中医择时护理，对阴虚阳亢型高血压患者的血压及中医证候的干预。方法:便利抽样法选择120例阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者，随机数字法分为对照组和试验组各60例。对照组给予药物降压治疗同时，予经穴推拿bid及中药足浴qd；试验组在药物降压的同时，运用子午流注理论，根据十二经络的流注时辰进行经穴推拿及中药足浴，为期4周。比较两组患者血压变化，及中医证候积分的变化，评价疗效。结果:本文的基线资料表明：两组患者性别、年龄、疾病的病程、日间平均收缩压、舒张压，夜间平均收缩压、舒张压，全天平均收缩压、舒张压，主症积分、次症积分之间相比较，均无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），具有可比性。对照组及试验组患者血压、中医证候积分干预后28（±2）天都有不同程度的降低（ P＜0.05），但试验组降低效果更为明显，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论:在子午流注理论的指导下，通过中医择时护理，能提供更有效的辅助治疗高血压的方法，为制定高血压择时护理提供依据。 |

| Objective To explore the influence of nursing on hyperactivity of blood pressure and TCM syndromes in patients with hypertension by meridian lingers theory to guide Chinese timing nursing. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 120 cases of hypertension due to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. The random number method was divided into the control group and the experimental group, each with 60 cases.While the control group received antihypertensive drugs at the same time, point massage bid and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath qd.The experimental group was treated on the basis of antihypertensive medication.The acupuncture point massage and foot bath of Chinese medicine according to the flow of Qi and blood function corresponding viscera meridians of the corresponding strength of time, for 4 weeks.To compare the changes of blood pressure and TCM syndromes between two groups, and evaluate the efficacy. Results The baseline data of this paper show:gender, age, disease duration, daytime average systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, nighttime average systolic blood pressure ,nighttime average diastolic blood pressure, all day long systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, main symptoms, secondary symptoms between comparison was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）,these are comparable.In the control group and the experimental group, the blood pressure and TCM syndrome were reduced after 28 (plus or minus 2) days（P＜0.05）.But the effect was more obvious in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The use of meridian lingers theory of TCM nursing timing can be more effective in adjuvant treatment of hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency syndrome .Its safety and reliability provide the basis for making time care for hypertension.Thus. |
