患者女,69岁,入院时间2017年1月。诊断：右下肢大面积皮肤溃烂伴感染。病史：患者三十多年前因桌角撞伤破皮而引发皮肤溃烂,多年来此处反复溃烂,平素自行在家换药治疗,近日来溃烂加重合并感染,有脓液渗出伴疼痛。

英文摘要:

he patient was 69 years old and admitted to hospital in January 2017. Diagnosis: large skin ulcers with infection on the right lower extremities. History: More than 30 years ago, the patient suffered from skin ulcers caused by a bump at the corner of the table. Over the years, he repeatedly ulcerated here. He changed dressings at home. Recently, the ulcers aggravated with infection, and pus exuded with pain.
