| 目的 调查医养结合背景下居家养老的老人对护理服务需求情况,为以后完善针对性护理提供依据,也为更好的服务居家老人,提高护理服务的满意度打下基础。方法 采用面对面调查的方式,对上海康健街道750名居家老人进行问卷调查。调查内容包括对医养结合相关政策知晓程度、健康、护理服务需求和满意度情况。结果 居家养老人群平均年龄71.83±8.92岁,85.6%的老人学历在初中及以上,而59.1%的老人缺乏照护人员,74.14%的老人患有一种及以上慢性病,16.35%的老人不知晓医养结合,92.06%的老人对提供居家护理服务项目所知甚少,80.37%老人仅知晓一处提供护理服务场所,并希望以后提供更多的医疗保健及护理服务。护理需求中排序前3位的是输液(52.55％)、抽血检验(42.2％)、疼痛护理(9.85％),82.98%的老人对目前居家养老护理服务满意。结论 医养结合背景下居家养老的老人年龄偏大,慢性病患病率高,缺乏照护人员,对居家养老护理服务需求很高,为提高护理服务,需针对居家老年人的需求建立健全的居家养老护理服务模式,以满足其医疗健康服务需求,提高居家老人对护理服务的满意度。 |

| Objective To investigate the demand for nursing services for the elderly living at home in the context of nursing, to provide a basis for improving targeted nursing in the future, and to lay a foundation for better serving the elderly and improving the satisfaction of nursing services. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 750 elderly people in Shanghai Kangjian Street by face-to-face survey.The survey included awareness of the policy related to nursing, health, nursing needs and satisfaction.Results The average age of the elderly at home was 71.83±8.92 years old, 85.6% of the elderly were in junior high school and above, while 59.1% of the elderly lacked nursing staff, 74.14% of the elderly had one or more chronic diseases, and 16.35% of the elderly did not know the combination of nursing. 92.06% of the elderly have little knowledge about providing home-based nursing services. 80.37% of the elderly only know one place to provide nursing services, and hope to provide more health care and care services in the future.The top 3 nursing needs were infusion (52.55%), blood test (42.2%), pain care (9.85%), and 82.98% of the elderly were satisfied with the current home care nursing service.Conclusion Under the background of nursing, the elderly living at home are over-aged, the prevalence of chronic diseases is high, and there is a lack of caregivers. The demand for nursing services for home-based care is high. In order to improve nursing services, it is necessary to establish the needs of the elderly at home. A sound home care nursing service model to meet the needs of its medical health services and improve the satisfaction of home care for nursing services. |
