      近年来,为满足民众日益增长的卫生服务需求,缓和我国护患关系乱象,如何加强护理专业学生职业精神培养,已成为护理院校必须回答的公共议题。本文从护理人文关怀与职业精神两者关系进行综述,提出了医患矛盾频发,护患缺乏有效沟通,护理院校人文素质教育落实不到位,护理学生对人文课程认知不正确等问题,探索出改善护患关系,注重教师综合能力培养,协调人文课程比例,加强护生对人文课程的重视度,鼓励人文阅读等对策,为实现医学人类健康的最终目标奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, in order to meet people's growing demand for health services, ease the chaos of relationship between nurses and patients in our country, how to strengthen the cultivation of nursing students' professional spirits has become a public topic that nursing colleges must answer. This article summarizes the relationship between nursing humanistic care and professional spirit, and raises issues such as frequent conflicts between doctors and patients, lack of effective communication between nurses and patients, inadequate implementation of humanistic quality education in nursing colleges, and incorrect recognition of humanities courses by nursing students. Explore ways to improve the relationship between nurses and patients, pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of teachers, coordinate the proportion of humanities courses, strengthen the attention of nursing students to humanities courses, encourage humanistic reading and other countermeasures, and lay the foundation for the ultimate goal of medical human health.
