      目的 探讨构建军队医院标准化培训对提高新招聘护士核心胜任力的影响。方法 通过整群抽样法选择2012年1月至2013年6月新招聘护士233名为对照组,采用传统的入职培训方法集中开展1个月的岗前培训和3个月的专科护理培训。选择2014年1月至2015年6月新招聘护士219名为观察组,构建三年标准化培训,通过精选培训内容,编写专用教材,规定与个人自选结合开展理论培训,培训基地轮转等方式多措并举实施。结果 通过注册护士核心能力量表调查显示,观察组新招聘护士培训后其评判性思维和科研、临床护理、领导能力、伦理和法律实践、专业发展、教育咨询等方面的能力均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在人际关系方面的能力与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。在满意度方面,观察组新招聘护士对培训计划、内容、方法、基地带教、评估方式的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 标准化培训提高了军队医院新招聘护士的核心胜任力,为稳定军队医院护理队伍奠定了夯实基础。

      Objective This paper discusses the impact of standard training on the construction of military hospitals to improve the core competence of newly recruited nurses. Methods The group selected 233 new nurses recruited from January 2012 to June 2013 through group sampling, using traditional induction training methods to focus on one month of pre-job training and three months of specialist nursing training. Select 219 new nurses recruited from January 2014 to June 2015 to be called observation groups, build three-year standardized training, through the selection of training content, the preparation of special teaching materials, provisions and individual self-selecting combined theoretical training, training base rotation and other ways to do more and implement. Results The survey of the core strength table of registered nurses showed that the evaluation thinking and research, clinical nursing, leadership, ethical and legal practice, professional development, educational counseling and other aspects of the observation group's ability to judge and research, clinical nursing, leadership, ethics and legal practice, professional development, educational counseling and so on were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the difference in interpersonal skills compared with the control group was not significant (P>0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the satisfaction of the newly recruited nurses in the observation group with training plan, content, method, base-based teaching and evaluation method was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Standardized training has improved the core competence of newly recruited nurses in military hospitals, and laid a solid foundation for stabilizing the nursing team in military hospitals.
