      目的 了解上海市三甲医院急诊儿科护士的工作应激源与激惹、抑郁和焦虑情绪的现状,并探究两者之间的关系。方法 应用中文版护士工作应激源量表和激惹、抑郁、焦虑自评量表对上海三甲医院急诊儿科的182名护士进行问卷调查。结果 上海市三级甲等医院急诊儿科护士的工作应激源平均得分为701.87±280.8,抑郁、焦虑、内向性激惹、外向性激惹的得分分别为11.98±1.79,11.27±1.86,11.27±2.46,11.25±1.85。工作应激源与焦虑、内向性激惹、外向性激惹显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 护理管理人员应该有针对性的措施减轻急诊儿科护士的工作压力,减缓激惹、抑郁和焦虑的情绪,提高儿科护士的心理健康。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the work stressors, depression and anxiety of emergency pediatric nurses at third-grade class-A hospitals in Shanghai and explore the correlation between them. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 182 nurses in the emergency department of third-grade hospitals in Shanghai by using Nursing Job Stress or Inventory (NJSI) and irritability depression and anxiety scale (IDA), and statistical results. Results The average score of work stressors of emergency pediatric nurses in third-grade class-A hospitals in Shanghai was 701.87±280.8. The scores of depression and anxiety endogenous irritability extraversion irritability were 11.98±1.79, 11.27±1.86, 11.27±2.46, 11.25±1.85. Job stressors were significantly correlated with anxiety,introversion irritation, and extroversion irritation (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurse Administrators should take special measures to reduce the work stress of pediatric nurses in emergency department, alleviate their irritated depression and anxiety, and improve the psychological health of pediatric nurses.
