| 目的 探讨老年前列腺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展水平,分析希望水平在社会关系和患者恐惧疾病进展中的作用,为降低患者恐惧疾病进展水平提供依据。方法 采用恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoPQ-SF)、社会关系质量量表(SRQS)、Herth 希望量表(HHI)对234例老年前列腺癌术后患者进行评测,采用Pearson和多元逐步回归方法以及中介效应检验分析社会关系和希望水平与老年前列腺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展的关系。结果 老年前列腺癌术后患者FoPQ-SF评分分别为31.82±10.36分；Pearson相关分析结果显示SRQS、HHI评分分别与FoPQ-SF评分呈负相关(P＜0.05)；分层回归分析显示在调整了年龄、家庭月收入、配偶情况后SRQS、HHI分别与FoPQ-SF评分呈负相关(?=-0.568、?=-0.677,调整后R2分别0.310、 0.554,P＜0.001)；中介检验结果显示希望水平社会关系质量对老年前列腺癌恐惧疾病进展之间存在一定的中介效应,效应率占29.6%。结论 老年前列腺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展水平较高;扩大患者对社会关系的利用,重视希望水平的中介效应,以有效降低患者恐惧疾病进展。 |

| Objective To investigate the status fear of progression in postoperative elderly patients with prostate cancer,and analyze the effects of social relationship and hope level on it. Methods 234 elderly postoperative patients with prostate cancer were evaluated with the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoPQ-SF),Social Relational Quality Scale(SRQS), and Herth Hope Index(HHI). The effects of social relationship and hope level on fear of progression were analyzed using Pearson and multiple stepwise regression method.Results The Scores FoPQ-SF were respective 31.82±10.36;The scores of SRQS, HHI were respectively negative correlated with the patients" FoPQ-SF scores (P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed showed that SRQS, HHI were negatively correlated with the FoPQ-SF score after the adjustment of age, family monthly income, and spouse"s condition(?=-0.568、?=-0.677,respective ly adjusted R2 0.310,0.554；all P＜0.001). mediation analysis showed that hope level had partial mediating effect(mediating rate 29.6% ).Conclusion level of fear of progression in postoperative elderly patients with prostate cancer elderly patients was high; Medical staff should carry out measures to expand patient"s use of social relations and improve patient"s hope level, so as to effectively reduce patients" fear of progression. |
