      目的:了解儿科医护人员对员工援助计划的需求,为建立基于员工援助计划的压力管理模式提供依据。方法:选择重庆市某三级甲等儿童医院为研究地点,采用问卷调查和半结构式访谈方法收集资料。结果:有8名管理者和8名儿科临床医护人员参加了半结构式访谈,结果显示医院压力管理措施落实困难,医院的压力管理倾向于采取内部管理模式,内容方面对心理咨询、教育培训及职业生涯规划需求最高。结论:实施基于EAP的压力管理模式势在必行,应根据儿科医护人员的需求建立管理模式,以缓解员工的职业压力。
英文摘要:
      Objetctive:To explore Employee Assistant Plan(EAP) needs among pediatric staffs, in order to provide evidence for stress management model. Methods: One Ⅲ-A children’s hospital was choosed in Chongqing. Questionnaire and Semi-structured interview were used to collect data. Results:The results of 8 managers and 8 pediatric staffs showed that it was difficult to implement measures, the managers tended to adopt internal management model. They expected psychological counseling, education and training, career planning. Conclusive: It was imperative to carry out EAP. In order to relieve the occupational stress, we should establish the management model based on the pediatric staffs’ needs.
