| 摘要 目的：探讨运动锻炼结合Maitland手法对腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察。方法：将58例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用摸球法分成对照组和观察组各29例。两组均采用口服消炎镇痛药、腰椎牵引及针刺拔罐法治疗，其中对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予运动锻炼结合Maitland手法干预措施，分别在治疗前后接受疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表（ODI）评分及自制的护理满意度调查表评分评定。结果：两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分均下降，观察组VAS评分及ODI评分下降与对照组比较，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理满意度均有提高，观察组（99.5%）明显高于对照组（92.1%），具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：运动锻炼结合Maitland 手法治疗非手术型腰椎间盘突出症有良好的效果，能有效提高患者的生活质量。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To explore observation on the effect of exercise combined with Maitland manipulation on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into control group and observation group with ball touch method, 29 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, lumbar traction and acupuncture cupping, among them, the control group was given routine nursing measures, the observation group was given exercise combined with Maitland maneuver intervention measures, before and after treatment, the patients received visual analogue score of pain（VAS）, Oswestry disability index (ODI) score and evaluation of self-made questionnaire of nursing satisfaction. Results: VAS scores and ODI scores decreased for the two groups after treatment, compared with the control group, the VAS score and ODI score of the observation group decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05); nursing satisfaction was improved, the observation group (99.5%) was significantly higher than the control group (92.1%), and there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Exercise combined with Maitland manipulation has a good effect on the treatment of non-surgical lumbar disc herniation, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. |
