      文章总结了新冠肺炎疫情期间手术室人员管控方面的实践，通过疫情前手术室成员的常态化管理，疫情期间以划片、分区、分组的形式落实最小单元进行有效的信息反馈，采用多种信息技术手段进行人员管控和业务培训、考核，切实加强科室相关人员在疫情期间的管控，有利于维持医院正常的医疗秩序和保障患者安全。
英文摘要:
      This paper summarizes the practice of management and control on operating room personnel during the epidemic period of COVID-19. According to the normalized management on operating room members before the epidemic period, the minimum unit was confirmed via the form of section, division and grouping for effective information feedback during the epidemic period, and a variety of information technology means were used for personnel management and control as well as professional training and assessment, while the management and control of relevant personnel in the department during the epidemic period was effectively enhanced, which is conducive to maintain the normal medical order of the hospital and ensure the safety of patients.
