      目的 观察混合痔术后疼痛程度及相关因素,为混合痔术后患者疼痛的护理提供理论依据。 方法 选取181名混合痔术后患者,通过术后疼痛情况调查问卷了解患者术后疼痛性质、程度及规律。结果 181例混合痔术后患者中,术后24h内疼痛峰值时间主要集中在术后8-16h内,占75.14%,术后24h内疼痛程度较重,重度疼痛占19.90%,中度疼痛占72.37%,疼痛性质以胀痛为主；术后首次换药时以中度疼痛为主,占72.93%,性质以裂痛及刺痛为主。术后24h内及术后首次换药疼痛程度存在年龄差异(P<0.05),与性别无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 混合痔术后疼痛发生率高,主要是中度疼痛,建议依据混合痔术后疼痛规律及时有效的进行疼痛护理介入,从而减轻患者痛苦,提高患者满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective Observe the degree of pain and related factors after mixed hemorrhoid operation,so as to provide a basis for postoperative pain care of mixed hemorrhoids patients. Methods A total of 181 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected to investigate the degree and regularity of postoperative pain through the questionnaire of postoperative pain status. Results In 181 patients with mixed hemorrhoids, the peak time of pain was mainly during 8-16 hours in 24 hours after surgery,accounting for 75.14%. In 24 hours after the operation, severe pain accounted for 19.90% and moderate pain accounted 72.37%。The operation was mainly moderate pain, accounting for 72.93%. There was an age difference in the degree of pain within 24 hours after surgery and during the first dressing change(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation with gender (P>0.05). Conclusion The incidence of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids is popular,and the postoperative pain was mainly moderate. Our study suggests it is recommended to timely and effective pain nursing intervention according to the postoperative pain rules of mixed hemorrhoids, so as to reduce patients" pain and improve patient satisfaction.
