      目的 旨在通过对非内分泌科糖尿病患者对于胰岛素注射认知水平的调查,分析影响患者胰岛素注射认知水平的因素,为临床进行针对性的胰岛素注射健康教育提供参考。 方法 根据方便抽样抽取上海市某两所三甲医院的非内分泌科住院糖尿病患者,通过填写患者胰岛素注射认知水平调查问卷了解患者的胰岛素注射知识和技术情况。 结果 调查的80名糖尿病患者胰岛素注射认知水平得分为(12.14±1.60)分,处于中等水平。不同糖尿病类型、不同文化程度、不同BMI组别的患者对胰岛素注射认知水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 非内分泌科糖尿病患者的胰岛素注射认知水平较低,护理人员应加强对患者的健康教育,保障患者胰岛素注射的规范性,帮助患者有效控制血糖。

      Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognitive level of insulin injection in non-endocrine diabetic patients, to analyze the factors affecting the cognitive level of insulin injection in patients, and to provide a reference for clinical targeted insulin injection health education. Methods According to convenience sampling, non-endocrinology inpatients with diabetes in two tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were selected, and the knowledge and technical conditions of insulin injection were obtained by filling out a questionnaire on patients' knowledge of insulin injection. Results The cognitive level of insulin injection among the 80 diabetic patients surveyed was (12.14±1.60), which was in the middle level. There were significant differences in the cognitive level of insulin injection among patients with different types of diabetes, different education levels and different BMI indexes (P<0.05). Conclusions Non-endocrine diabetic patients have a low level of awareness of insulin injection. Nursing staff should strengthen health education for patients, ensure the standardization of insulin injection for patients, and help patients effectively control blood sugar.
