      目的:系统评价正念干预对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏干预效果。方法:在Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普、万方和中国知网(CNKI)数据库中检索乳腺癌患者正念干预癌因性疲乏的相关随机对照试验。主要结局指标是癌因性疲乏量表。根据最终文献筛选结果依据Cochrane手册质量评价,由综述管理器软件(RevMan,版本5.4)进行Meta分析。结果 文献检索确定了8篇文献,包括1042名受试者。Meta分析结果表明,实施正念干预后,干预组患者的癌因性疲乏水平低于对照组[均数差(MD)=-0.91,95%CI(-1.33,-0.49),P<0.0001]。结论: 现有证据表明,基于①癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)②Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)③疲乏症状量表(FSI)为研究工具相关文献中正念干预有助于改善乳腺癌患者的癌因性疲乏。

      Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of mindfulness intervention on cancer-induced fatigue in breast cancer patients. Methods: Randomized controlled trials were searched in Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), VIP, Wanfang and CNKI databases for the intervention of mindfulness on cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients. The primary outcome measure was the Cancer-related fatigue Scale. According to the final literature screening results and quality evaluation in the Cochrane Manual, meta-analysis was performed by review manager software (RevMan, version 5.4). Results A literature search identified 8 articles, including 1042 subjects. Meta-analysis showed that the level of cancer-related fatigue was lower in the intervention group than in the control group after mindfulness intervention [mean difference (MD) =-0.91, 95%CI (-1.33, -0.49), P < 0.0001]. Conclusions: Existing evidence suggests that mindfulness interventions in the literature based on the cancer-related fatigue Scale (CFS), Piper Revised Fatigue Scale (PFS-R), and fatigue Symptom Scale (FSI) are helpful in improving cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients.
