      目的 构建一级医院护理质量标准体系评价指标，旨在为评价一级医院护理质量提供参考。方法 以“结构?过程?结果”三维质量模型为理论框架，结合文献回顾，制定一级医院护理质量标准体系评价指标初稿，采用德尔菲专家咨询法对全国5个省市10所医院20名专家进行函询，并通过层次分析法，确定一级医院护理质量标准体系评价指标及其权重。结果 共开展2轮函询，问卷回收率分别为91.7%、90.9%，专家权威系数分别为0.890、0.903，肯德尔和谐系数为0.217和0.221。最终构建的一级医院护理质量标准体系评价指标包括3个一级指标（结构、过程、结果）、15个二级指标和78项三级指标。结论 本研究构建的一级医院护理质量标准体系内容科学、合理、全面且具有针对及实用性，对评价一级医院护理质量有指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establishment the evaluation indicator of nursing quality standard system of grade-1 hospitals, to provide reference for the evaluation of nursing quality of grade-1 hospitals. Methods From March to June of 2021, the first draft of the evaluation indicators of the nursing quality standard system of grade-1 hospitals was developed by using the three-dimensional quality model of "structure-process-outcome" as the theoretical framework, combined with literature review. The Delphi expert consultation method was used to consult 20 experts from 10 hospitals in 5 provinces and cities in China, and the evaluation indicators and their weights were determined by hierarchical analysis. Results A total of 2 rounds of correspondence inquiries were conducted, the questionnaire recovery rates were 91.7% and 90.9%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.890 and 0.903, and Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.217 and 0.221, respectively. The final evaluation indicators of the nursing quality standard system of the grade-1 hospital included 3 first-level indicators(structure, process, and outcome), 15 second-level indicators and 78 third-level indicators. Conclusion The construction of the nursing quality standard system of the first-class hospital is scientific, reasonable, comprehensive and practical, and has guiding significance for evaluating the nursing quality of the grade-1 hospital.
