      帕金森病患者情绪障碍将严重影响患者心理境遇及病情进展,加速痴呆症的出现。因此,明确帕金森病患者情绪障碍的影响因素对后续制定有效干预措施纠正患者不良认知尤为重要。本文通过综合帕金森病患者抑郁的影响因素明确了出现情绪障碍的帕金森病高危人群,并阐述了基于结合多种学科领域及信息技术的最新护理干预进展,以期为今后临床护理人员发展帕金森病患者多学科护理团队及开展帕金森病个性化“智慧养老”服务提供临床参考及借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Mood disorder in patients with Parkinson's disease will seriously affect the psychological situation and disease progression, and accelerate the emergence of dementia. Therefore, it is particularly important to clarify the influencing factors of mood disorder in patients with Parkinson's disease for subsequent effective intervention measures to correct patients ' bad cognition. By synthesizing the influencing factors of mood disorder in patients with Parkinsons disease, this paper clarifies the high-risk groups of Parkinson's disease who are susceptible to mood disorder, and expounds the latest nursing intervention progress based on the combination of multidisciplinary fields and information technology, in order to provide clinical reference for future clinical nursing staff to develop multidisciplinary nursing teams for patients with Parkinson's disease and carry out personalized " smart pension " services for Parkinson 's disease.
