| 目的 构建适用于手术室围术期低体温预防管理的评价指标体系。方法 结合手术室护理的精细化管理需求,通过文献检索,以结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式为指导,邀请22位专家作为咨询对象,采用优序图法确定指标权重。结果 2 轮专家咨询问卷回收率均为100%和95.7%,各项指标变异系数(CV)<0.25,满分率>20%,Kendall"s W值具有统计学意义(P<0.001),表明专家参与积极性高、意见集中、协调程度较好,最终形成手术室围术期低体温预防护理管理评价指标体系,包含3项一级指标,9项二级指标,53项三级指标。结论 本研究通过科学、循证的方法构建的手术室围术期低体温预防评价指标科学性较好,为护理管理者进行手术室护理质量评价提供参考,使手术室护理管理更具科学性、规范性、统一性。 |

| Objective: To construct an evaluation index system suitable for the prevention and management of perioperative hypothermia in operating rooms. Methods: Combining with the needs of meticulous management of operating room nursing, based on the literature retrieval, and guided by structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model, 22 experts were invited as consulting objects and the order graph method was adopted to determine the index weight. Results: The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100% and 95.7%, the coefficient of variation (CV) of each index was less than 0.25, and the full score rate was larger than 20%. Kendall’s W value was statistically significant (P<0.001), indicating that experts had high participation enthusiasm, concentrated opinions, and a good coordination degree. Finally, an evaluation index system for perioperative hypothermia prevention and nursing management in the operating room was formed, including 3 first-level indexes, 9 second-level indexes, and 53 third-level indexes. Conclusion: The evaluation indexes for perioperative hypothermia prevention in operating rooms constructed by scientific and evidence-based methods in this study have high scientificity, providing a reference for nursing managers to evaluate the nursing quality in operating rooms and making the nursing management in operating rooms more scientific, standardized, and unified. |
