总结1例急性肠胃炎继发MODS伴感染性主动脉窦瘤破裂的护理护理体会。针对患者病情危重复杂且发展迅速、存在高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌感染、重症肺炎、感染性休克、主动脉窦瘤破裂等问题,严格落实感染防控措施,预防院内感染；完善多器官功能障碍综合征的护理措施,严密监测病情变化,做好气道管理、体温管理、皮肤管理、镇静镇痛管理,与临床的治疗形成协同作用；制订肠道精准化管理方案,延缓肠道菌群移位；制订个体化的加速康复理念下的重症康复护理方案,提高患者生存质量。经过107d积极治疗和精心护理,患者康复出院。

英文摘要:

To summarize the nursing experience of a case of acute gastroenteritis secondary to MODS with infected aortic sinus aneurysm rupture. Strictly implement infection prevention and control measures to prevent nosocomial infections; improve multiple organ functions Nursing measures for handicap syndrome, closely monitor the changes in the condition, do a good job in airway management, body temperature management, skin management, sedation and analgesia management, and form a synergistic effect with clinical treatment; formulate a precise intestinal management plan to delay the migration of intestinal flora position; formulate an individualized intensive rehabilitation nursing program under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation to improve the quality of life of patients. After 107 days of active treatment and intensive care, the patient recovered and was discharged.
