目的探讨延续性护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年9月入我院骨科行髋关节置换术的老年患者84例，分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予常规治疗、护理、出院随访，观察组在常规护理基础上给予延续性护理。比较两组患者生活质量情况、髋关节功能恢复情况、并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组Harris髋关节功能评分中疼痛、功能、活动度评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论延续性护理的实施有助于促进老年髋关节置换术后患者生活质量的提高，髋关节功能的恢复和减少术后并发症的发生。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods From August 2021 to September 2022, 84 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, nursing and discharge follow-up, while the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life, the recovery of hip joint function and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of pain, function and mobility in Harris hip joint function score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing is helpful to improve the quality of life of elderly patients after hip replacement, restore hip function and reduce postoperative complications.
