目的：探讨动画演示的健康教育在小儿核酸采样中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2022年3月1日至4月20日，杨浦区某社区的共332例核酸采样儿童为研究对象。将研究对象随机分成到两组，每组166例儿童，对照组采用常规的核酸采样宣教指导，观察组在对照组的基础上增加基于动画演示的宣教视频指导，观察两组儿童参加核酸采样的依从性及采样效率。结果:观察组儿童核酸采样依从性优良率为70.48%，优于对照组的 40.96%。观察组中儿童因紧张、恐惧拒绝张口次数比例24.10%，明显低于对照组（P均＜0.001）。观察组平均采样时间为27秒，采样效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.001）。结论:动画演示的宣教视频更利于儿童接受，提高了儿童核酸采样的依从性，缩短了采样时间，值得临床推广使用。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the effect of health education with animation demonstration in the nucleic acid sampling of novel coronavirus inchildren.Methods:From March 1,to April 20,2022,332 children in one community in Yangpu District were collected as the research objects.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups with 166 children in each group.The control group adopted the conventional education guidance of nucleic acid tests.On the basis of the control group,the observation group added the propaganda and education video guidance to observe the compliance and efficiency of nucleic acid tests.Results:The excellent rate of compliance in nucleic acid tests in the observation group was 70.48%, which was better than 40.96% in the control group.In the observation group, 24.10% of children refused to open their mouths because of tension and fear,, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.001).The average testing time in the observation group was 27 seconds, and the efficiency of testing was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion:The propaganda video of animated demonstration is more conducive to children's acceptance，improves the compliance of children's nucleic acid test，shortens the testing time, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
