| 目的 应用自行设计麻醉恢复室（post-anesthesia care unit，PACU）可视化患者交接板于患者交接、转运管理中，增强患者安全性。 方法 回顾性分析本院某手术室2021年1月至2022年1月PACU收治的患者为研究对象，均采用床旁交班，2021年1月至6月采用纸质版手术交接核查表的3540例患者为对照组，2021年7月至2022年1月在纸质版手术交接核查表基础上增加可视化患者交接板交班的4097例患者为观察组。比较2组患者PACU不良事件的发生率；采用自行设计的问卷了解医务人员使用满意度。 结果 可视化患者交接板投入使用后，PACU出室延迟事件发生率明显降低，非患者原因转出延迟的占比由26.35%下降至18.82%；去氧饱和及管道滑脱事件发生率由1.13%、0.45%分别降至0.32%、0.07%（P＜0.01）。非计划转入ICU、非计划二次插管、非计划拔除气管插管事件发生率无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但观察组发生例数均低于对照组；医务人员使用可视化患者交接板的总体满意率为93.14%。 结论 PACU可视化患者交接板投入使用后，护士对患者病情的掌握程度增加，不良事件的发生率降低，PACU护理质量进一步提升，在苏醒室管理中起到有效作用。 |

| Objective The research is about self-designing an visualization of patients with transition plate of post-anesthesia care unit and evaluating its application in the management of PACU patients .Methods PACU patients from January 2021 to January 2022 in an operating room of our hospital were taken as the study subjects.From January to June 2021, 3540 patients who used bedside oral handover and paper surgical handover checklist were the control group, and from July 2021 to January 2022, 4097 patients who used bedside oral and surgical handover checklist and added visualization of patients with transition plate were the observation group,.The incidence of PACU adverse events was compared between the two groups.The incidence of PACU adverse events was compared between the two groups. A self-designed questionnaire was used to know the satisfaction of medical staff. Results After the use of transition plate, the incidence of PACU delay decreased significantly, of which the proportion of non-patient delay decreased from 26.35% to 18.82%, and the incidence of desoxy saturation and pipe slip events decreased from 1.13% and 0.45% to 0.32% and 0.07% respectively (P＜0.01) .The number of cases of unplanned transfer to ICU, unplanned secondary intubation in the observed group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＞0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of medical staff using the visualized patient handover boards was 93.14%. Conclusions After the PACU visual patient transition method was put into use, the anesthesia nurses had increased mastery of patients' condition and the incidence of adverse events decreased, further improving the quality of PACU care. |
