      目的：评价信息化助力下压力性损伤闭环管理系统改善压力性损伤的效果。 方法：在构建多学科协作的压力性损伤管理制度的基础上, 依托医院信息平台建立压力性损伤闭环管理系统,对全院的压力性损伤实现全程信息化的管理,比较系统使用前后压力性损伤发生率、愈合率、24小时随访率及护理管理者的满意率。结果：压力性损伤信息系统使用后,压力损伤发生率由0.07%下降至0.05%,愈合率由12.53%上升至19.67%,24小时压力性损伤随访率由87.02%上升至95.01%,护理管理者对会诊中心的满意率由76.85%上升至90.94%,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：压力性损伤闭环管理系统有助于识别高风险患者并能给予精准防护措施,有效降低院内压力性损伤的发生率,提高带入压力性损伤愈合情况,改善患者的健康结局,提升护理管理者的满意率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effects of information management of pressure injury. Methods In 2020, the closed-loop management system of pressure injuries was established relying on the hospital information platform, to realize the full information management of pressure injuries in the whole hospital, to compare changes in the incidence and healing rate of stress injuries, to analyze the 24-hour follow-up rate and the satisfaction rate of nursing managers. Results After using the pressure injury information system, the incidence of pressure injury decreased from 0.07% to 0.05%, the healing rate increased from 12.53% to 19.67%, and the 24-hour follow-up rate of pressure injury increased from 87.02% to 95.01%. The satisfaction rate of nursing managers with the consultation center increased from 76.85% to 90.94%. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The closed-loop management system of pressure injuries can effectively identify high-risk patients and provide precise protective measures, reducing the incidence of pressure injuries in the hospital, decreasing the healing of pressure injuries, improving the patient"s health outcomes and increasing the satisfaction rate of care managers.
