      目的 了解医院重症监护病房外环境中微生物污染及其分布情况。 方法 2021年1月-2021年12月对重症监护室病房进行环境采样,包括物医务人员手及工作服、各类医疗设备物体表面、病房环境物体表面等,共计316份,计算菌落总数,鉴定微生物种类。结果 分离出各类菌落总数32株,大多分布于工作人员工作服、诊疗仪器、床单元、共用物品及水龙头等处。结论 重症监护病房医务人员频繁接触的环境物体表面是医院感染管理和多药耐药菌预防控制的重要隐患,应加强ICU环境清洁消毒质量管理,有效保证ICU环境物体表面清洁消毒的合格率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To monitor microbial contamination and its distribution in the external environment of intensive care unit (ICU). Methods From January 2021 to December 2021, unscheduled environmental sampling was conducted in ICU. A total of 316 samples were collected, including medical staff"s hands and work clothes, various medical equipment object surfaces, ward environment object surfaces, etc. The total number of colonies was calculated and the microbial species were identified. Results A total of 32 bacterial colonies were isolated, most of which were distributed in staff clothes, medical instruments, bed sheets, shared items and faucets. Conclusion The environment and surfaces frequently contacted by medical staff in ICU are important hidden dangers for hospital infection management and multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control.Medical staff should strengthen the quality management of ICU environmental cleaning and disinfection, so as to effectively ensure the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of ICU environmental object surface.
