| 目的：探讨儿童哮喘标准化门诊在提高哮喘患儿峰流速仪使用率和正确率中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年6月- 2022年6月我院儿童哮喘标准化门诊收治的110例6岁以上哮喘患儿，通过标准化门诊流程及要求对其进行评估指导及远程随访管理。结果：110例哮喘患儿中，儿童哮喘标准化门诊就诊6个月后，峰流速仪使用率由18.18%提升至91.82%，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；患儿峰流速仪各个环节使用正确率明显提升；同时，患儿按时复诊率由33.63%上升为80.91%，药物使用正确率由17.27%上升为74.55%，哮喘控制良好状态的人数比例由58.18%上升为80%，哮喘未控制的人数比例降为0，差异均具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：儿童哮喘标准化门诊可以有效提高哮喘患儿峰流速仪使用率及正确率，为患儿的自我监测及疾病管理提供保障，同时提高患儿按时复诊率及药物使用正确率，提高哮喘控制水平。 |

| Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized pediatric asthma clinic in improving the utilization rate and accuracy of peak flow meter in children with asthma. Methods: A total of 110 children with asthma over 6 years old were admitted to the standardized pediatric asthma clinic of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022, according to the standardized outpatient procedures and requirements, they were assessed, guided and remotely followed up. Results: In 110 children with asthma, the utilization rate of peak current meter increased from 18.18% to 91.82% after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);The accuracy of peak flowmeter in children was significantly improved in each link; Meanwhile, The timely return rate of children increased from 33.63% to 80.91%, and the correct rate of drug use increased from 17.27% to 74.55%，the proportion of people with good asthma control increased from 58.18% to 80%, and the proportion of people without asthma control decreased to 0 ,with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Standardized pediatric asthma clinic can effectively improve the utilization rate and correct rate of peak velocity meter in children with asthma, provide guarantee for children's self-monitoring and disease management, and improve the timely return rate and correct rate of drug use in children, improve the control level of asthma. |
