目的探讨品管圈活动在妇产科住院患者术后VTE预防健康教育知晓率中的作用。方法成立品管圈小组，选定品管圈活动主题为提高妇产科住院患者术后VTE预防健康教育知晓率，调查 2021 年 1-3月我院妇产科手术患者对于术后VTE预防知识的掌握情况并进行原因分析，确立改善重点，设定目标值，拟定对策并实施，最后实现标准化。结果经过实施品管圈活动，住院患者VTE健康教育知晓率调查从54.2%提升至80.6%，目标达标率101%，改善幅度为48.7%。结论品管圈活动加强了住院患者术后VTE预防健康教育效果，提升了护理服务质量。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effectiveness of quality control circle activities in the awareness of VTE prevention for postoperative inpatients in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Establish a quality control circle group, select the theme of quality control circle activities to Improve the awareness rate of VTE prevention and health education for gynecological and obstetric inpatients after surgery, investigate the mastery of VTE prevention knowledge of gynecological and obstetric surgery patients in our hospital from January to March 2021, and analyze the causes, establish the improvement focus, set the target value, formulate and implement countermeasures, and finally achieve standardization. Results Through the implementation of quality control circle activities, the awareness of VTE health education among inpatients increased from 54.2% to 80.6%, the target compliance rate was 101%, and the improvement range was 48.7%. Conclusion The activity of quality control circle strengthens the effect of health education on VTE prevention in postoperative inpatients, which improved the quality of nursing service.
