| 摘要：目的 探究造口伤口失禁专科护士开展“互联网+护理服务”的制约因素，得到医疗管理体系政策方面的支持，促进“互联网+护理服务”顺利实施。方法 采用目的抽样以11名山东省造口伤口失禁专科护士为访谈对象，采用半结构式访谈，应用扎根理论方法，提取有意义的陈述，采用开放性初始编码、焦点编码、理论编码三阶段编码，提取造口伤口失禁专科护士开展“互联网+护理服务”的制约因素。结果 造口伤口失禁专科护士“互联网+护理服务”制约因素抽取8个主题，分别为支持保障政策不完善、平台建设丞加强、护理双方存在安全风险、时间人工成本高、价格和医疗费用支付体系待完善、专科护士角色冲突、患者使用互联网平台能力弱，医用耗材及医疗废物处理等材料支持系统不成熟。结论 相关部门要健全政策制度，培养专业的“互联网+护理服务”队伍，搭建和完善服务平台，建立材料仓库，建立价格体系及医保政策，促进“互联网+护理服务”的发展，满足患者的居家护理需求。 |

| Abstract：[Objective] To explore the constraints of "Internet + nursing service" for stoma wound incontinence specialist nurses,Therefore, with the support of the medical management system, promote the smooth implementation of "Internet+service". [Methods] With the method of purposive sampling, 11 specialist nueses?from Shandong?province hospital were selected as the interviewees,Using semi structured interview.The method of?grounded?theory is applied to extraction and extracts meaningful sentences.Open initial coding based on coding of coding theory Extraction of stoma urologic nurses in order to carry out "Internet + nursing service" restriction. [Results]?The restriction factor of "Internet + nursing service" of the wound ostomy and continence specialty nurse extracted eight themes.We need to enhance platform construction.Safety risks of nurses and patients.Time and labor costs are high.Price and medical expense payment structures should be improved.Role conflict of professional nurses.Patients are not capable enough to use the Internet platform.Material support systems for medical consumables and medical wastes are not mature. [conclusions] The relevant sectors should improve policy systems.Train professional "Internet + nursing services" team.Establishment and improvement of service platform. Establish a material warehouse.Price system and construction of medical insurance system.Promoting the development of "Internet + nursing services", meets the needs of patient home care. |
