| 目的 深入了解硬膜外镇痛产妇自然分娩过程中的真实体验,旨在为临床制定针对性干预措施提供参考依据。方法 采用质性研究方法,目的抽样选取12名自然分娩的硬膜外镇痛产妇为研究对象,进行面对面、半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi7步法分析资料,提炼主题。结果 硬膜外镇痛产妇在自然分娩镇痛过程中的真实体验可归纳为4个主题：硬膜外分娩镇痛的滞后性、渴望社会支持与帮助、缺乏硬膜外分娩镇痛相关知识、硬膜外分娩镇痛的正性体验。结论 助产士应关注硬膜外镇痛产妇自然分娩过程中的真实体验,及时了解硬膜外分娩镇痛过程中的不足,根据产妇的个人需求,合理选择硬膜外分娩镇痛时机和陪伴模式,以提高产妇的分娩质量。医院应重视硬膜外分娩镇痛相关知识宣教,通过孕妇学校授课、跨学科合作、建立科学的网络平台的方式,为孕产妇提供便捷、高效、专业的信息支持。 |

| Objective To gain an in-depth understanding of parturient women’s real experience with epidural analgesia during natural childbirth, and provide reference for clinical targeted interventions. Methods A purposive sampling method was used to select 12 parturient women who had natural childbirth with epidural analgesia, the data was collected through face-to-face, semi-structured interviews, and analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis to extract the themes. Results The real experiences of parturient women with epidural analgesia during natural childbirth analgesia can be summarized into 4 themes: epidural labor analgesia not in time, desire for social support and help, lack of knowledge related to epidural labor analgesia, and positive experience of epidural labor analgesia. Conclusion Midwives should pay attention to parturient women’s real experience with epidural analgesia during natural childbirth, be aware of the deficiencies of epidural labor analgesia, and reasonably choose the right timing and the mode of accompaniment according to the individual needs, in order to improve the quality of labor. Hospitals should pay attention to the propagation of knowledge related to epidural labor analgesia, and provide convenient, efficient and professional information support for pregnant and parturient women through specific lectures, interdisciplinary cooperation and scientific network platform. |
