      目的 探究中文版心律失常患者健康相关生活质量量表（Arrhythmia-Specific questionnaire in Tachycardia and Arrhythmia-HRQoL scale, ASTA-HRQoL scale)在快速性心律失常患者中的信度和效度。方法 描述ASTA-HRQOL量表的跨文化调适，并在2019年10月-2020年10月采用便利抽样法对沈阳市某三级甲等医院192名快速性心律失常患者进行调查，评定量表的信效度。 结果 中文版ASTA-HRQOL量表Cronbach’α系数为0.887，折半信度为0.866；对量表进行验证性因子分析，模型拟合指标χ2/df为1.926，RMESA为0.078，GFI为0.891，CFI为0.927，IFI为0.928，TLI为0.911，所有条目的因子载荷均在0.5以上。 结论 中文版ASTA-HRQOL量表信效度良好，适用于评估我国快速性心律失常患者的健康相关生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Arrhythmia-Specific questionnaire in Tachycardia and Arrhythmia-HRQoL scale in patients with tachyarrhythmia. Methods The cross-cultural adaptation of the ASTA-HRQOL scale was described. From October 2019 to September 2020,a total of 192 patients with tachyarrhythmia were selected from a top-three hospital in Shenyang by convenience sampling to assess the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The Cronbach' α coefficient of ASTA- HRQoL scale of Chinese version was 0.887, and the reliability of the scale was 0.8. The construct validity of χ2/df was 1.926, RMSEA was 0.078,GFI was 0.891,CFI was 0.927,IFI was 0.928,and TLI was 0.911.The factor loads of all items were above 0.5. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ASTA- HRQoL scale is good, and it can be used to evaluate the HRQoL of tachyarrhythmia patients in our country.
