| 目的 探讨中药泥灸联合穴位敷贴对肱骨外上髁炎患者疼痛的影响。方法 2021年3月至2022年9月，采用方便抽样方法选取就诊于上海市浦东新区光明中医医院骨伤科门诊的114例肱骨外上髁炎患者作为研究对象。观察组56例采取中药泥灸联合穴位敷贴、对照组58例采用艾灸联合穴位敷贴的护理干预方式。对治疗前后两组间的总体疼痛、工作、生活和无活动时疼痛的VAS评分进行统计分析。结果 经过治疗，观察组患者的治愈率为58.93%，对照组患者的治愈率为37.93%，观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），且两组干预前后疼痛缓解显著（P＜0.001），观察组在各维度的疼痛缓解效果均优于对照组。不良事件发生率上，虽然整体上无差异，但在防止局部烫伤上，观察组较对照组更为安全。结论 泥灸联合穴位敷贴对于缓解肱骨外上髁炎的疼痛有一定效果，可以更快地缓解患者疼痛情况，提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To verify the pain relief effect of mud moxibustion combined with acupoint application on patients with external humeral Epicondylitis. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted to study the effect of 114 cases of pain relief of external humeral Epicondylitis. 56 cases in the test group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion combined with acupoint application, and 58 cases in the control group were treated with moxibustion combined with acupoint application. Statistical analysis was conducted on the VAS scores of overall pain, work life, and pain during inactivity between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the observation group patients was 58.93%, while the cure rate of the control group patients was 37.93%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the pain relief before and after intervention in both groups was significant (P<0.001). The pain relief effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in all dimensions. In terms of safety, although there is no overall difference, the observation group is safer than the control group in terms of local burns. Conclusion Mub moxibustion combined with acupoint application has a certain effect on relieving the pain of lateral humeral Epicondylitis, which can relieve the pain of patients faster and improve the quality of life. |
