      目的 分析下肢静脉溃疡(venous leg ulcer, VLU)创面治疗中疼痛管理的已有证据。方法 采用PIPOST模式确定循证问题,检索建库以来至2023年5月数据库(国际指南协作网、美国国立临床诊疗指南数据库、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所、英国国家卫生医疗质量标准署、新 西 兰 指 南 研 究 组、加 拿 大 安 大 略 注 册 护 士 协 会、苏格兰校际指南网、乔安娜布里格斯研究所、TRIP循证医学数据库、临床指南研究与系统评价、加拿大临床指南网、美国传染病学会、循证医学图书馆、Web of Science、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方)中与下肢静脉溃疡疼痛管理相关的指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价、Meta分析,采用采用 AGREE Ⅱ(appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluation,AGREE Ⅱ)和 JBI 2015 (JBI循证卫生保健中心关于不同类型研究的质量评价工具)质量评价工具分别对纳入指南、系统评价和证据总结进行质量评价,对文献中提取的证据进行FAME评价。结果 筛选后共纳入 8篇文献进行分析,包括4篇指南、2篇系统评价、1篇Meta分析及1篇证据汇总,得到证据14条,经FAME评价均为下肢静脉溃疡创面治疗中疼痛管理高等级证据。总结 本研究共汇总评价出下肢静脉溃疡创面治疗中疼痛管理的证据14条,为临床创面治疗工作的开展提供了最新的依据,有一定的科学性与实用性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate existing evidence on pain management in the treatment of venous leg ulcers. Method Guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summary, systematic evaluation, and meta-analysis related to pain management of venous leg ulcers were searched in databases (GIN, NGC, NHMRC, NICE, NZGG, RNAO, SIGN, JBI, TRIP Database, AGREE, CPGs, CMACPG, IDSA, Cochrane Library,Web of Science,PubMed,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang) from the establishment to June 2023, and AGREE Ⅱ and JBI 2015 were used to evaluate the quality of the literature. The quality of evidence extracted from the literature was evaluated according to FAME. Result A total of 8 pieces of literature were included, including 4 guidelines, 2 systematic evaluations, 1 meta-analysis, and 1 evidence summary.14 pieces of evidence were obtained, all of which were evaluated by FAME as high-level evidence f pain management in the treatment of venous leg ulcers.Conclusion This study has summarized and evaluated a total of 14 pieces of evidence on pain management in the treatment of venous leg ulcers, providing the latest basis for clinical wound treatment work, with certain scientific and practical significance.
