孕妇在妊娠晚期常出现多种症状,可集成症状群严重影响孕晚期生活质量,并增加母婴不良结局发生风险。本文对妊娠晚期孕妇症状群识别方法、发生现状及影响因素等进行综述,以期对妊娠晚期孕妇症状评估及精准管理提供参考和依据,促进母婴健康。

英文摘要:

Pregnant women in late pregnancy often experience multiple symptoms, which can be integrated into symptom clusters, seriously affecting the quality of life in late pregnancy and increasing the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes. This article reviews the identification methods, occurrence status, and influencing factors of symptoms in late pregnancy pregnant women, in an effort to provide reference and basis for the evaluation and precise management of symptoms in late pregnancy pregnant women, and promote maternal and infant health.
