| 目的 采用网状Meta分析评价不同的运动方式对老年认知障碍患者认知功能改善的效果。方法 检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统以及维普数据库,搜集运动对老年认知障碍患者认知功能影响的随机对照试验,限定时间为建库至2023年8月。结果 共纳入27篇RCT,涉及2814名患者。网状Meta分析结果显示,在简易精神状态检查(MMSE)结局方面,有氧运动改善老年人认知障碍效果最好,其次是娱乐活动、身心运动、多模式运动、伸展运动和日常活动;在阿尔茨海默病评估量表(ADAS)结局方面,身心运动改善老年认知障碍效果最好,其次是抗阻运动、多模式运动、伸展运动、有氧运动和日常活动;在蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)方面,多模式运动改善老年认知障碍效果最好,其次是身心运动、有氧运动和日常活动。结论 现有证据表明,有氧运动可以有效改善老年认知损害,身心运动和多模式运动也是可以较为可靠的运动方式,在未来可以纳入更多不同类型的运动方式深入研究。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of different exercise methods on improving cognitive function in elderly patients with cognitive impairment using a mesh meta-analysis. Method: Retrieve Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Biomedical Literature Service System, and VIP database to collect randomized controlled trials on the impact of exercise on cognitive function in elderly patients with cognitive impairment, with a limited time from database establishment until August 2023. A total of 27 RCTs were included, involving 2814 patients. The results of the mesh meta-analysis showed that aerobic exercise had the best effect on improving cognitive impairment in the elderly in terms of the outcome of the MMSE, followed by recreational activities, physical and mental exercise, multimodal exercise, flexibility exercise, and daily activities; In terms of the outcome of Alzheimer"s Disease Assessment Scale (ADAS), physical and mental exercise has the best effect on improving cognitive impairment in the elderly, followed by resistance exercise, multimodal exercise, flexibility exercise, aerobic exercise, and daily activities; In terms of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), multimodal exercise has the best effect on improving cognitive impairment in the elderly, followed by physical and mental exercise, aerobic exercise, and daily activities. Conclusion: Existing evidence suggests that aerobic exercise can effectively improve cognitive impairment in the elderly, and physical and mental exercise and multimodal exercise are also reliable exercise methods. In the future, more in-depth research on different types of exercise methods can be included. |
