      【】目的 分析近10年国内延续性护理研究相关文献,挖掘该领域研究热点和趋势,为护理研究人员和我国延续性护理健康发展提供参考。方法 检索2013年1月1日～2023年10月1日中国知网(CNKI)刊载的国内延续性护理研究相关文献,利用Citespace进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入1924篇文献,核心作者群尚未建立,研究机构主要以医院为主,各机构间缺乏合作,未形成有规模的研究团体。当前研究热点是延续性护理评估和实施平台建立、对疾病的干预和延续性护理实施的评价。 结论 我国延续性护理呈波动趋势,未来发展有赖于经济发展,制度完善和人才培养,研究者和研究机构间应深化合作,根据大众不同心理和健康需求,运用信息化平台开展适用于我国的延续性护理服务。

      【】Objective To analyze the literature related to the study of continuity of care in China in the past 10 years, to explore the research hotspots and trends in this field, and to provide reference for nursing researchers and the healthy development of continuity of care in China. Methods We searched the literature related to continuity of care published on China Knowledge Network (CNKI) from January 1, 2013 to October 1, 2023, and conducted visual analysis using Citespace. Results A total of 1,924 documents were included, the core group of authors had not yet been established, the research institutions were mainly hospital-based, and there was a lack of cooperation among institutions, which did not result in a sizable research community. The current research hotspots are the establishment of continuity of care assessment and implementation platforms, interventions for diseases, and evaluation of continuity of care implementation. Conclusion China"s continuity of care is fluctuating, the future development depends on economic development, system improvement and talent training, researchers and research institutions should deepen the cooperation, according to the different psychological and health needs of the general public, the use of information technology platforms to carry out continuity of care services applicable to China.
