| 摘要：目的 研制公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版，并检验其信效度。方法 基于上海市突发公共卫生事件应急处置护理预备队胜任力指标体系，结合文献分析和Delphi专家咨询法，构建公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版。采用横断面研究，方便抽样本科在读护理学专业学生进行量表检验，应用项目分析、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析，并根据COSMIN核查清单检验量表信效度。结果 本研究从两轮问卷调查共计纳入有效护理本科生样本674名。公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版包括4个维度（预防能力、准备能力、响应能力及复原能力），共47个条目。4因子模型的累计方差贡献率为77.922%，量表结构模型的拟合指数良好。内容效度S-CVI为0.942，效标关联效度0.502。总量表Cronbach's α系数为0.989，各维度为0.942～0.983，重测信度为0.671。结论 公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版具有良好的信效度，可用于评测护理本科生应对突发公共卫生事件的应急处置能力，可为相关护理教学课程的开发、建设和评价提供工具支持。 |

| Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to develop and validate a scale for assessing core competencies in public health emergency preparedness and response among undergraduate nursing students, examining its reliability and validity. Methods: Drawing on competency indicators from the Shanghai Public Health Team-nursing, a scale for evaluating core competencies in public health emergency preparedness and response among undergraduate nursing students was developed using literature analysis and the Delphi expert consultation method. A cross-sectional study design was employed, and a convenient sample of undergraduate nursing students was used for scale testing. Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted, and the reliability and validity of the scale were assessed using the COSMIN checklist. Results: The analysis included 674 valid samples of undergraduate nursing students from 2 cross-sectional surveys. The scale comprises four dimensions (prevention competencies, preparedness competencies, response competencies, and recovery competencies) with a total of 47 items. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the four-factor model was 77.922%, and the fit indices of the scale structure model were deemed acceptable. The content validity, as measured by S-CVI, was 0.942, and the criterion-related validity was 0.502. The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.989, ranging from 0.942 to 0.983 for each dimension, and the test-retest reliability was 0.671. Conclusion: The scale for assessing core competencies in public health emergency preparedness and response among undergraduate nursing students exhibits strong reliability and validity. It can effectively evaluate the undergraduate nursing students’ core competencies in public health emergency response, providing guidance for the development and evaluation of nursing teaching courses and intervention studies. |
