      【摘要】:目前,全球护理专业人士和监管机构都对护士领导者短缺表示关注,呼吁研究人员寻求支持护士领导自我效能感发展的方法。国内外学者对护士领导自我效能感进行了探讨,认为高水平的护士领导自我效能感对护士个人发展和护理服务至关重要,因此,为了达到组织目标、保证护理质量,本研究从概念、测量工具、影响因素等方面综述护士领导自我效能感的研究进展,并对提升护士领导自我效能感对策提出相关建议,提出目前护士领导自我效能感发展启示和未来的研究发展方向,以期为培育、提高我国护士领导自我效能感提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Currently, global nursing professionals and regulatory bodies are concerned about the shortage of nurse leaders, calling on researchers to seek ways to support the development of nurse leadership self-efficacy. Scholars at home and abroad have explored nurse leadership self-efficacy and concluded that a high level of nurse leadership self-efficacy is crucial for nurses" personal development and nursing services; therefore, in order to achieve organizational goals and ensure the quality of nursing care, the present study provides an overview of the research progress of nurse leadership self-efficacy in terms of the concepts, measurement tools, and influencing factors, and makes relevant suggestions for enhancing nurse leadership self-efficacy countermeasures, and proposes the current insights into the development of nurse leadership self-efficacy and the future direction of research development, with a view to providing reference for cultivating and improving nurse leadership self-efficacy in China.
