      目的 了解永久性肠造口患者在自我管理过程中面临的情境性决策困境,为促进永久性肠造口患者自我管理科学决策提供支持。方法 采用目的抽样方法,选取2022年11～2023年2月,上海市某三级综合医院就诊的15名永久性肠造口患者进行半结构式深度访谈。采用内容分析法分析资料并提炼主题。结果 永久性肠造口患者自我管理情境性决策困境包括：决策时间紧张、认知负荷高、情绪性权衡困难、决策信息呈现方式不佳。结论 造口管理专业人员应通过多种途径为永久性肠造口患者提供可操作性强的自我管理决策相关信息,进行决策支持,缓解情绪性障碍,提供高质量的决策辅助工具,节约时间,提高永久性肠造口患者在自我管理中的主决策质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the situational decision-making dilemma faced by patients with permanent enterostomy in the process of self-management, and to provide support for promoting scientific decision-making in self-management of patients with permanent enterostomy. Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted by selecting 15 permanent enterostomy patients from November 2022~February 2023 in a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai. Use content analysis to analyze data and refine topics. Results The situational decision-making dilemmas of self-management in patients with permanent enterostomy included tight decision-making time, high cognitive load, difficulty in emotional trade-offs, and poor presentation of decision-making information. Conclusion Ostomy management professionals should provide permanent enterostomy patients with highly operable self-management decision-making information, provide decision support, alleviate emotional disorders, provide high-quality decision-making aids, save time, and improve the quality of master decision-making in permanent enterostomy patients" self-management.
