      目的：临床护理信息系统中构建孕产妇初始护理评估数据采集模块，并评价其对护士工作效率和人力成本的影响，护士对该模块的满意度。方法：采用前后比较的方法于使用前后分别测算比较相应的初始护理评估工时，采用便利抽样法收集护士的满意度测评。结果：采用传统纸质护理表单进行初始护理评估的护理工时平均为（843.33±253.74）秒，应用信息系统后第一年，产房产科病区护士进行初始护理评估记录的平均护理工时为（336.20±182.63）秒，应用后第二年，护士进行初始护理评估记录的平均护理工时为（330.58±156.43）秒，应用前后工作效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。结论：孕产妇初始护理评估数据采集模块的应用能显著提高产房产科护士的工作效率。
英文摘要:
      Object: Constructing an initial nursing assessment module in the clinical nursing information system for pregnant and lying-in women, and evaluating its impact on nurses’ work efficiency and labor costs. Methods: Measuring the corresponding initial nursing evaluation work hours before and after use for comparison. Results: The average nursing time for nursing evaluation using traditional paper records is (843.33±253.74)seconds,but the average nursing time after applying the integrated initial nursing assessment module is (336.20±182.63)seconds at the first year, (330.58±156.43)seconds at the second year, with a P value <0.001. Conclusions: The application of the initial nursing assessment module can significantly improve nurses’ initial nursing assessment efficiency.
