      重症监护室肿瘤患者持续手部水肿会导致精细运动丧失、慢性手部残疾而降低生活质量,因此,减轻手部水肿发生,促进其恢复,至关重要。本文回顾了目前临床常见的减轻手部水肿的治疗方法,详细阐述了其优缺点。随着科技的发展,传统的医疗设备逐步被取代,手部智能机器人的兴起提示着减轻手部水肿治疗新方法,我们希望可以通过智能化设备,取代临床上重复的,无意义的,多余的劳动,并获得更好的减轻手部水肿的效果。
英文摘要:
      Reducing hand edema and promoting its recovery is critical because persistent hand edema can lead to fine motor loss, chronic hand disability and reduced quality of life in patients with cancer in the intensive care unit. This article reviewed the common clinical treatment methods to reduce hand edema, and elaborated their advantages and disadvantages. With the development of science and technology, traditional medical equipment has been gradually replaced, and the rise of intelligent hand robots suggests a new treatment method to reduce hand edema. We hope that through intelligent equipment, repetitive, meaningless and redundant labor can be replaced in clinical practice, and better effects can be obtained to reduce hand edema.
