| 目的 整合肿瘤患者安宁疗护的需求及体验，为制定以需求为导向的安宁疗护干预策略提供理论依据。方法 检索涉及肿瘤患者安宁疗护需求及体验的质性研究，数据库包括中国知网、万方数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL，检索时限为建库至2024年3月。文献质量评价采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI）质性研究质量评价标准，采用汇集性Meta整合方法进行整合、归纳。结果 本研究共纳入17篇研究，提炼出54个结果，归纳成11个类别，3个整合结果：肿瘤患者存在生理、心理、社会多方面负性体验；患者经历正性体验积极面对疾病；患者存在多元化且未充分满足需求。结论 肿瘤患者存在正负性双重疾病体验且未满足需求突出，因此我国应实施以患者需求为中心、全面性、延续性的三级联动安宁疗护模式。 |

| Abstract：Objective To integrate the needs and experiences of cancer patients in hospice care, and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of needs-oriented hospice intervention strategies. Methods We searched for qualitative studies on the needs and experiences of oncology patients in hospice care from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Chinese Biomedical Literature, PubMed, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, Embase, and CINAHL, with a timeframe for the search of the database from its construction to March 2024. Literature quality was evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) qualitative research quality assessment criteria in Australia, and pooled Meta-integration methods were used for integration and generalization. Results A total of 17 studies were included in this study, and 54 explicit outcomes were distilled and summarized into 11 categories and 3 integrated outcomes: 1) Cancer patients experience physiological, psychological, and social multifaceted negative experiences; 2) Patients experience positive emotions and actively confront their illness.;3) Patients have diverse and unmet needs. Conclusion Cancer patients experience both positive and negative aspects of their disease, and their unmet needs are significant. Therefore, China should implement a patient-centered, comprehensive, and continuous three-tiered model of hospice care.. |
