| 目的 探讨老年结肠癌患者症状负担、灵性健康和生活质量三者之间的关系,验证结肠癌患者灵性健康在症状负担对生活质量之间起到中介作用。方法 于2022年6~12月,选取辽宁省肿瘤医院370名老年结肠癌患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、症状负担量表、灵性健康量表、生活质量量表对370名结肠癌患者进行问卷调查,使用AMOS21.0和SPSS22.0软件对数据进行统计分析,并应用Bootstrap方法对结肠癌患者灵性健康在症状负担对生活质量中介作用进行验证。结果 老年结肠癌患者症状负担得分(31.68±10.11)分,灵性健康得分(35.12±7.71)分,生活质量得分为(62.32±21.32)分,老年结肠癌患者症状负担与灵性健康之间呈负相关(r=-0.572,P<0.001),与生活质量之间也呈负相关(r=-0.573,P<0.001),老年结肠癌患者灵性健康与生活质量之间呈正向相关关系(r=0.522,P<0.001)；经过Bootstrap对中介作用进行验证,结果显示,间接效应的95％CI为(0.298～0.389,P<0.05)。结论 老年结肠癌患者症状负担、灵性健康是其生活质量的两个影响因素,且灵性健康在症状负担对生活质量之间存在着中介效应。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship among symptom burden, spiritual health and quality of life in patients with colon cancer, and verify that spiritual health plays a mediating role between symptom burden and quality of life in patients with colon cancer. Methods From June to December in 2022, 370 patients with colon cancer in Liaoning Cancer Hospital were selected as the research objects. 370 patients with colon cancer were investigated by general information questionnaire, symptom burden scale, spiritual health scale and quality of life scale. The data were statistically analyzed by amos21.0 and spss22.0 software, and bootstrap method was used to evaluate the effect of spiritual health on symptoms of colon cancer patients Objective to verify the mediating role of quality of life. Results The score of symptom burden was (31.68±10.11), the score of spiritual health was (35.12±7.71) and the score of quality of life was (62.32±21.32). There was a negative correlation between symptom burden and spiritual health (r = -0.572, P < 0.001), and also a negative correlation between symptom burden and quality of life (r = -0.573, P < 0.001). There was a positive correlation between spiritual health and quality of life The results showed that the 95% CI of indirect effect was (0.298-0.389, P < 0.05). Conclusion Symptom burden and spiritual health are two influencing factors of quality of life in patients with colon cancer, and spiritual health has a mediating effect between symptom burden and quality of life. |
