      总结1例超高龄输尿管癌合并冠脉重度狭窄患者预康复的护理经验。针对患者超高龄、中度贫血、有营养不良的风险、心肺功能储备能力及运动耐量低下、术前负性情绪、衰弱与认知障碍等问题，全面动态评估病人病情，制订个体化预康复管理策略，包括贫血纠正、营养预康复、运动预康复、心理预康复、衰弱与认知干预等。经过多学科团队精心的预康复护理，术后患者未出现相关并发症，术后6d康复出院。
英文摘要:
      To summarize the nursing experience of pre-rehabilitation of a case of super-aged ureteral cancer complicated with severe coronary stenosis. In view of the patients"" problems such as super old age, moderate anemia, risk of malnutrition, cardiopulmonary reserve ability and low exercise tolerance, preoperative negative emotions, faltering and cognitive impairment, a comprehensive and dynamic assessment of the patient""s condition was conducted, and individualized pre-rehabilitation management strategies were formulated, including anemia correction, nutritional pre-rehabilitation, exercise pre-rehabilitation, psychological pre-rehabilitation, faltering and cognitive intervention. After careful pre-rehabilitation nursing by the multidisciplinary team, the patient did not have related complications and was discharged from hospital 6 days after surgery.
