| 摘要 目的：通过分析国内外护理教学查房的相关文献，分析教学领域的研究热点和趋势，提出相应的发展规划，促进护理教学查房的质量和效果的提升。方法：选取2014年1月至2024年10月中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science核心数据库作为数据来源，以护理查房相关关键词进行检索，数据经筛选后，采用CiteSpace6.3.1R1软件进行关键词、聚类分析等研究护理查房的热点和趋势。结果：收集了中文文献788篇和英文文献215篇。国内外文献关键词聚类，聚类图模块化指数Q分别为0.8406和0.7438，均＞ 0.3；聚类平均轮廓值S分别为0.9527和0.8244，均＞0.7，聚类结构稳定且显著，结果可信。结论：护理教学查房融入了循证护理、翻转课堂、虚拟现实、跨学科合作等多元化教学模式，加强文化引领和人文关怀，为培养全面素养的护理人才奠定了坚实基础。 |

| Abstract Objective: By analyzing the relevant literature on domestic and international nursing teaching ward rounds, this study aims to identify research hotspots and trends in the field of teaching, propose corresponding development plans, and promote the quality and effectiveness of nursing teaching ward rounds. Method: Selecting China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science core databases from January 2014 to October 2024 as data sources, searching for keywords related to nursing rounds. After screening the data, CiteSpace 6.3.1R1 software was used for keyword and cluster analysis to study the hotspots and trends of nursing rounds. Results: 788 Chinese literature and 215 English literature were collected. The clustering of keywords in domestic and foreign literature shows that the modularity index Q of the clustering graph is 0.8406 and 0.7438, both of which are greater than 0.3; The average contour values S of clustering are 0.9527 and 0.8244, both of which are greater than 0.7. The clustering structure is stable and significant, and the results are reliable.Conclusion: Nursing teaching rounds have integrated diversified teaching models such as evidence-based nursing, flipped classroom, virtual reality, and interdisciplinary cooperation, strengthening cultural guidance and humanistic care, laying a solid foundation for cultivating nursing talents with comprehensive literacy. |
