| 目的 系统分析国内外肝移植护理领域研究热点，为医护人员在该领域开展研究提供新思路。方法 使用万方、维普、中国知网及Web of science等4个数据库系统检索2003年-2023年肝移植护理相关文献，对其进行文献计量学及可视化分析。结果 纳入文献2678篇，其中中文文献2167篇，英文文献511篇；国内外年发文量均呈上升趋势；国内发文量前3名的机构分别是中山大学附属第一医院（117篇）、浙江大学医学院附属第一医院（113篇）和天津市第一中心医院（110篇）；研究前沿已延伸至等肝移植围术期护理、术后并发症、生活质量关注、儿童肝移植等领域；关键词突现检测显示，生活质量、延续护理、儿童、循证护理是目前仍在突现的关键词；高频关键词包括liver transplantation（肝脏移植）、quality of life（生活质量）、outcome（结果）等。结论 我国学者肝移植护理研究的关注度逐年增高，但国内各机构、研究者间合作关系相较国外偏弱；关注儿童肝移植术后护理管理，减少并发症发生率；聚焦肝移植青少年受者到成人过渡期作用；充分发挥临床护士优势，规范移植专科护士培养模式，培养相关专科护士，助力肝移植术后生活质量提升。 |

| Objective To systematically analyze the research hotspots in the field of liver transplantation nursing at home and abroad, and provide new ideas for medical staff to carry out research in this field. Method Four database systems including Wanfang, VIP, CNKI, and Web of Science were used to search for literature related to liver transplant nursing from 2003 to 2023, and bibliometric and visual analysis were conducted. Result 2678 articles were included, including 2167 Chinese articles and 511 English articles; The annual publication volume both domestically and internationally is on the rise; The top three institutions in terms of domestic publication volume are the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University (117 articles), the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (113 articles), and Tianjin First Central Hospital (110 articles); The research frontier has extended to areas such as perioperative care for liver transplantation, postoperative complications, quality of life concerns, and pediatric liver transplantation; Keyword emergence detection shows that quality of life, continuity of care, children, and evidence-based nursing are still emerging Keywords; High frequency Keywords include liver transplantation, quality of life, outcome, etc. Conclusion The attention of Chinese scholars to liver transplant nursing research has been increasing year by year, but the cooperation between domestic institutions and researchers is relatively weak compared to foreign countries; Pay attention to postoperative nursing management of children undergoing liver transplantation to reduce the incidence of complications; Focusing on the role of liver transplantation in the transition period from adolescent recipients to adults; Fully leverage the advantages of clinical nurses, standardize the training mode of transplant specialist nurses, cultivate relevant specialist nurses, and help improve the quality of life after liver transplantation. |
