| 目的：系统检索、评价并总结反复呼吸道感染患儿穴位贴敷护理评估及管理的最佳证据。方法：使用PIPOST模式确定循证问题,检索国内外数据库中关于反复呼吸道感染穴位贴敷护理评估及管理方面的证据资源,文献类型为指南、系统评价、Meta分析、专家共识、技术手册、随机对照试验。检索时间为建库至2024年2月。由2名接受过系统循证护理培训的中医护理方向研究者对纳入文献进行独立质量评价,对符合纳入标准的文献进行证据总结归纳。结果：最终纳入文献10篇,包括专家共识3篇、国家中医药管理局技术手册1篇,系统评价和 Meta分析5篇,临床随机对照试验1篇。总结了包括小儿体质辨识及穴位贴敷前评估、贴敷穴位选取、贴敷方式及方案选择、穴位贴敷后不良反应的观察及日常调护3个主题共16条证据。结论：总结了儿童反复呼吸道感染穴位贴敷护理评估和管理的最佳证据,为临床规范反复呼吸道感染穴位贴敷技术操作提供参考依据。 |

| Objective: To systematically search, evaluate and summarize the best evidence on the assessment and management of acupoint patch care for children with recurrent respiratory infections. Methods: Evidence-based questions were identified using the PIPOST model, and domestic and international databases were searched for evidence resources on the nursing assessment and management of recurrent respiratory tract infections with acupoint compresses, with the literature types of guidelines, systematic evaluations, Meta-analyses, expert consensuses, technical manuals, and randomized controlled trials. The search was conducted from the time of library construction to February 2024. Independent quality assessment of the included literature was conducted by two researchers with a TCM nursing orientation who had received systematic evidence-based nursing training, and evidence summaries were summarized to summarize the literature that met the inclusion criteria. Results: Ten papers were finally included, including three expert consensus papers, one technical manual of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, five systematic evaluations and Meta-analyses, and one clinical randomized controlled trial. A total of 16 pieces of evidence were summarized, including three topics: pediatric body identification and assessment before applying acupoints, selection of acupoints, selection of application methods and protocols, observation of adverse reactions after applying acupoints, and daily care. Conclusion: The best evidence for the assessment and management of point-press care for children with recurrent respiratory tract infections was summarized, which provides a reference basis for the clinical standardization of the technical operation of point-press for recurrent respiratory tract infections. |
